The nearby Roanoke River Greenway offers walkers, runners, and cyclists more than five miles (and growing!) of trail to cover. South Roanoke’s central location makes it easy to experience everything that the Roanoke Valley has to offer; close-by interstate access means straightforward travel throughout the state and beyond.
